In the personal account of the Medical Complex, the clinic can add the patient's phone number to the blacklist to prohibit online recording. For more information, see the Blacklist article.
If a patient with this number is in the clinic's database, Medlock will show his tag«В чёрном списке МедФлекса».
Important! The label only informs. Medlock does not prohibit recording, receiving, or other activities with such a patient.
The label is visible in the patient's profile, in the patient list, when selecting a patient for admission, in the preview of the schedule entry card.
The blacklist label is also displayed in the call card.
The reason for adding a number to the blacklist is displayed when hovering over the icon (i) in the label or when adding a patient to the appointment. It is displayed as it was specified in the personal account of the Medical center.
Important! Only the patient's primary phone number is checked. The additional number is not counted.
If there is no patient with this number in the database, nothing will happen. When it is added, the label will be displayed immediately. If the number is removed from the blacklist in the Medical Complex, the label will disappear.
The label is not displayed for children and disabled citizens, but if their guardian is blacklisted, the label will be displayed for them, including in the admission card, where both the ward and the guardian are indicated.
Important! You can manage the blacklist only in your personal account at Medflex. You cannot add or remove a number from the MedLock.
