The basic report is a general report with information about the records from the clinic's website based on data from the UIS and data about the record in the MedLock.
What is the purpose of the report? 
The report allows you to track the clinic's profits and losses by different advertising sources, ad groups, all sites and branches (if the clinic has several of them), as well as by record type, doctors and specialties.
Working with the report
In order to use the report, select the time period in the filter «Дата добавления записи»within which you want to study the information. If necessary, you can use other filters.
This report can be uploaded as an xlsx file.
What data is used in the report?
The report contains information about all receptions that received data from the UIS (including receptions without services). Analyses from laboratory orders are not included in the report.
If there are several different services in the reception, then each of them is a new line. The prices of services are displayed regardless of the status of the reception, the fact of payment for services at the reception, and receptions with insurance payments are also taken into account. The final cost of reception services is displayed, taking into account all discounts and bonus payments.
Refunds are deducted from the total cost, and if there were several services, they are deleted from the report until one line remains, and if the refund was for a single service, a zero-price acceptance will be indicated.
If you delete a patient or doctor, the data about his past records will be saved in the report.
