On September 1, 2025, changes to the medical card in the form 025/U came into force in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated 05/13/2025 No. 274n.
The medical card form has already been updated in MedLock, but in order for the changes to be reflected, you need to follow these steps:
- Go to settings.
- Select a section «Документы».
- Click on «Мед. карта (Форма 025/У)». And then back at her.
- Click «Сбросить редактирование»on the top of the page.
- Click«Сохранить».
- After that, the current order number of the Ministry of Health will be displayed in the header of the document.
