- At the time of signing the document, the doctor must have an entry in the FRMR, which indicates work experience in the organization where the document is being signed. The data in the FRMR's work experience (full name, position) must match the doctor's profile data in the Medical center.
- Make sure that the EDS has not expired on the date of signing the protocol.

You can sign the protocol on behalf of the supervisor with the signature of an individual.faces:
- To certify the second signature of a physical person. The person may be the doctor who has the right to sign on behalf of the supervisor. This procedure also works for the head himself. It is possible to grant document signing rights through the system administrator account. It is also necessary to specify this doctor as a certifier in the EGISZ settings. To confirm the justification of the right of signature on behalf of the head, it is necessary to have a MCHD for this doctor. At the moment, the RAMD does not check for the MCHD and does not require it when it receives the document.
- Legally, the head of an organization without a medical degree does not have the right to sign as a certifying person.
