The report group «Зарплаты»contains the following reports:
Summary of salaries 
The report can be used to estimate the cost of employee benefits during the reporting period. It contains information on employee benefits for services rendered or recommended and analyses, as well as for hourly work.
The report is grouped by employees and filtered by period. The information is separate for each branch.
Salary details
The report is useful for a detailed review of the list of jobs for which bonuses are awarded to an employee: for services performed in receptions and for paid tests in laboratory orders, as well as for their recommendations.
The salary for the service is calculated after the admission status is changed to «Выполнен», regardless of whether the service has been paid for. If, after accrual, the service was paid using bonuses, and the doctor receives a percentage of the amount, taking into account the discount, the accrual amount will be recalculated. Payment is also charged for services paid for by insurance companies. If a refund has occurred, the payroll for the returned service will be deleted.
The salary for the laboratory order is calculated at the time of payment of the order. If the payment for the order is returned, the payroll will be deleted.
Hourly payment is calculated daily at night for the number of hours in the doctor's schedule for the past day.
The report is grouped by employees and services, and is also filtered by period.
Hourly payment
The report can be used to estimate the cost of payments to employees who are paid by the hour. The calculation of hours worked is based on the number of hours specified in the doctor's schedule, taking into account vacations, time off, and holidays. No payment is charged on such days. A break during the day is not included in the calculation. The total amount for the doctor is calculated by multiplying the number of hours by the cost of the doctor's hour. The total amount for all doctors is formed from the amount of salary for each doctor for the selected period.
The report is grouped by employees and filtered by period. The data in the report is displayed for yesterday, as the calculation takes place at night.
Summary with grouping by services
The report can be used for analysis:
- the most demanded and cost-effective services in the category;
- KPI achievements by employees;
- statistics on choosing a specific doctor to provide the necessary service;
- accruals of bonuses for different types of services.
The report contains summary information about the services provided by one or more employees, their cost for a certain period or on a set date.
The report is grouped by employees, services, research, and biomaterial collection and filtered by period.
