Requirements for the price list 
The price list is uploaded only in Excel format.
An Excel file can contain only the following data:
- Category/section of services.
- Service name: column name «Название услуги»or «Название».
- Service price: column name «Цена услуги»or «Цена».
- Service code: column name «Код услуги»or «Код».
- Code according to order No. 804n.
- Service duration: column name «Длительность услуги»or «Длительность».
- Recommendations for preparation.
- Recommendations after admission.
- VAT rates
Required columns:
- Service category.
- The name of the service.
- The price of the service.
- Duration of the service (when using online registration for services).
Only the positions that are in the uploaded file will be saved.
Important! Services that were in the MedLock before the price list was uploaded, but are missing from the uploaded file, will be deleted from the MedLock.

How to upload a price list
1. Go to the section «Настройки».
2. Go to «Услуги».
3. Press the button«Загрузить прайс».
4. In the window that opens, click on the file download area, select the file on your computer, and click «Сохранить».
If the price list does not match the format, the prices will not load, and an error will appear on the screen.
Important! You can upload only one price list. When you upload a new price file, the old data will be deleted.
