Access Data security
- Never send the login and password from the MedLock account via email, SMS, social networks or messengers.
- If you have already sent access in messages or by email, delete it from all conversations and chats.
- Do not store the files with access Medlocke on your computer, phone and cloud storages (Google Drive, Yandex Disk, Cloud Mail, etc.).
- Delete all files and messages with access to corporate mail and social networks through which you could send access to the MedLock.
- Update all passwords at least once a month.
- Avoid pirated software, especially unlicensed antivirus software.
- Keep the access card in a safe place.
- If necessary, entrust the card only to a trusted employee.
- If you have lost your access card, contact customer support to issue a new username and password.
