Creating access for a new administrator

To create access for a new employee, you need to log in to the system administrator profile.

  1. If you are logged in using a different username, log out of your personal account.

2. At the 3rd authorization step, enter the second pair of username and password from the access form that was given to you at the start of work.
The administrator's login starts with sys_, and the password contains 8 characters.

3. Click «+ Пользователь»on the Medlock admin profile.

4. Select a position and specify the employee's full name. Click«Добавить».

5. The login and password for the new user will appear in the window that opens.

Setting up access rights

  1. Click on the edit button next to the username.
  2. In the window that opens, select «Права доступа».

3. Check the boxes for access to modules that the user can read and/or edit.

4. Click «Сохранить».

To exit the Admin Lock and get into the working interface, click on the exit button in the upper-right corner and confirm the action.
