If the doctor is ill or has taken time off, you need to close the appointment with him.
You can specify the planned vacation/day off/holiday in the doctor's schedule.
Or you can set non-working hours within one day, with the option to postpone all appointments scheduled for that time at the doctor / in a particular office.
This feature will be useful in case of force majeure, when the doctor could not go to work or the equipment failed.
How to set a planned vacation/day off/holiday 
1. Log in «Настройки»to .
2. Go to «Сотрудники».
3. Choose a doctor. You will be taken to his profile.
4. In the profile, go to the tab«График».
5. Click on the first day off.
6. In the window that opens, go to the tab«Отпуск».
7. Select the period of absence of the doctor and the reason«Отпуск, Отгул или Праздничный день».
8. Click «Добавить».
Now it will be impossible to register patients for the specified period.
How to set a break or non-working time in the absence of a doctor
1. Go to the schedule of doctors/offices and click on the ‖ icon next to the doctor's last name/office name.
2. Select «Перерыв»if there are no appointments scheduled for the required time.
If the appointments have already been scheduled, select «Нерабочее время». Then the scheduled appointments will be automatically canceled and the status «Отложенные приёмы»will change in the section«Задачи».
You will need to call patients with delayed appointments and suggest another time.
3. Specify the start and end time of the break, and leave a comment if necessary.
4. Click «Добавить».
5. Confirm that you are ready to cancel your appointments.
It is important to call the patients and suggest rescheduling the appointment for another time.
How to re-record
1. Go to the section «Задачи».
2. Select a tab«Отложенные приёмы».
All postponed appointments are displayed here in chronological order without sorting by doctor.
If the doctor has free appointment windows, click on the postponed appointment to schedule a new appointment.
3. Click «Назначить»next to the date and time that suits the patient.
