In August 2024, a new medical document appeared in Medlock — a permit to own weapons (SAMD 63) in accordance with Order No. 1104n dated 11/26/2021.

How to create a document:

1. Make an appointment for the patient.
2. To generate the SAMD document, you must specify the following data in the patient's profile:

• Last name, first name;
• Paul;
• Date of birth;
• SNILS;
• the subject of the Russian Federation in which the patient lives or is registered.

1. Create a new protocol with the type «Допуск к владению оружием».

1. The required fields must be filled in in the document:

• The payment method.
• Information about the service agreement (internal or external).
• Information about the document.
  • Medical report series
  • Medical report number
• Data from related documents (you must add at least one).

1. When the conclusion is ready, the doctor and the head of the clinic sign the document. After that, it «Допуск к владению оружием»is sent to the RAMD, and it can also be printed out for the patient.
