The service «Пульт ЛИС»is a tool for laboratory integrators to manage the connection of the laboratory to the MedLock.
Important! The service is only available for labs that are already integrated with Medlock. You can check the availability by following the link.
«Пульт ЛИС» will help the integrator:
- Independently configure the integration between MEDLOCK and the laboratory without involving MedLock employees.
- It is safer and faster to work with data: do not send integration data by mail.
- Manage FOX integrations:
- View already configured integrations and the list of users who work with LIS;
- Configure user integration between Medlock and LIS;
- Check the integration before launching.
Getting access to the service 
To access the service, you must contact the following email address::
You will be given a username, a QR code, and a permanent password. Access is granted for the entire LIS. The login and permanent password do not change.
To find out the temporary password, scan the QR code sent to you through the app «Яндекс Ключ»or «Google Authenticator». After scanning with the application, you will have a temporary password that you will need to enter in the field«Одноразовый пароль».
After getting access, you need to go to the service's page and log in.:

When logging in, enter your username, temporary and permanent passwords, and click «Войти». The service will then automatically identify your laboratory.
Service operation
It can be divided into 2 stages:
- Enabling the module «Лаборатории»and sending an application for integration by the clinic in MedLock. Read more about this in the article;
- Configuration on the side of the LIS integrator.
Important! You will not be able to set up integration without a request from MedLock. If the clinic contacted you directly, you need to send it to the Medical Center to enable the module «Лаборатории»and send the application through this module.
Stage 1: Preparation on the MedLock side
When the module is connected«Лаборатории», the clinic employee needs to create an application for integration with the LIS.
To do this, the clinic employee needs to go to the Modules -> Standard -> Laboratories -> Configure section. Next, for the desired branch, click«+ Лабораторию»
Then select the necessary laboratories, specify (if available) the contract numbers and select the method of labeling the order. Read more about this in the link.
«Подключить»The application is sent to the «Пульт ЛИС»LIS integrator with the button. All applications are sent once an hour.
Stage 1 is completed, and the training on the MedLock side is over.
Stage 2: Setup on the LIS integrator side
The application created at Stage 1 gets into the service«Пульт ЛИС».
You can review applications and moderate them. If all the data is correct, you can connect the FOX to the MedLock by clicking the button«Подключить».
Enter the clinic's details, and then click «Подключить».
Important! The composition of the fields to be filled in depends on the laboratory being connected.
After successful activation, the request will disappear and a new line will appear in the section«Подключенные договоры». If everything arrived correctly, the integration is set up.
The clinic staff will also receive a notification in Medlock about the successful integration.
Creating a test order
Now you can test the integration.
Important! For some FOXES, creating a test order will not be available. If the button «Создать»is displayed, you can create a test order.
To test, click «Создать».
After that, enter the necessary data in the modal window (using the example of this LIS, you need to enter the barcode number (order number or label number for the sample)) and click «Отправить».
Important! The data you need to enter depends on the specific FOX. There may be cases when you do not need to enter anything.
The test order will be automatically sent to LIS, where it can be verified. The modal window of the test order will close only upon successful shipment. If an error occurs during sending, it will also appear in this window.
Stage 2 is completed, the configuration on the side of the LIS integrator is completed.
