How to create a protocol

1. Make an appointment for the patient
2. To form the document, specify the data in the patient's profile:

• Last name, first name;
• Paul;
• Date of birth;
• SNILS;
• The address of the patient's residence/registration.

Create a protocol«Направление на госпитализацию, восстановительное лечение, обследование, консультацию».

You need to fill in all required fields in the document.:

• Name of the structural unit;
• Outpatient medical card number.

In the referral purpose section and the medical organization where the patient is referred, the required fields are:

• Type of medical referral;
• MO, where the patient is referred;
• Place of work;
• Post;
• Type of nosological unit of diagnosis;
• Diagnosis according to ICD-10;
• Justification of the direction.

When the report is ready, the doctor and the head of the clinic sign the document to be sent to the RAMD. The document is available for printing in docx format.
