Configuring the module

The Module «Электронная медицинская карта»(EMC) allows doctors to:

• Create protocol templates.
• Print out the created protocols for patients.
• Upload the patient's files to the medical card.
• View the patient's medical history.
• Create appointment protocols for your patients.

There are two EMC modules in the MedLock:

1. Medical card — the ability to create standard protocols for patients (examination and examination).
2. Dentistry is an opportunity to create dental protocols for patients.
   They can be used together or separately.

How to connect an EHR

1. Create a profile in Medlock for each specialist who will use the EHR.

1.1. Log out of your personal account before authorization Step 3 (user authorization).

1.2. Log in to the Medlock administrator profile («sys_..») using the second pair of username and password, which are indicated on the plastic access card.

1.3. Create a new user in the system administrator account.:

• In the field«Должность», select the position that the employee holds, for example, «Врач».
• In the field«ФИО врача», select the full name of the employee for whom you are creating a profile.

1. Set up access rights if you want an employee who is not a doctor, such as an administrator, to be able to work with the EMC. Such an employee will be able to:

• Create protocol templates.
• Print out the created protocols for patients.
• Upload the patient's files to the medical card.
• View the patient's medical history.

By default, the doctor's profile has the right to access the EHR.

2.1. Open user editing, item «Права доступа»→«Настроить».

2.2. You can open access to the protocols in read—only mode or full access - edit and read.
