What is the purpose of the report? 
The report allows you to calculate CTR and ROI and determine the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
Working with the report
In order to use the report, select the time period in the filter «Дата добавления записи»within which you want to study the information. If necessary, you can use other filters.
This report can be uploaded as an xlsx file.
What data is used in the report?
The report contains information about all receptions that received data from the UIS (including receptions without services). Analyses from laboratory orders are not included in the report. The prices of services are displayed regardless of the status of the reception, the fact of payment for services at the reception, and receptions with insurance payments are also taken into account.
The final cost of reception services is displayed, taking into account all discounts and bonuses. Refunds are deducted from the total cost.
If you delete a patient or doctor, the data about his past records will be saved in the report.
