Some medical documents (SAMD) are sent from the RAMD to the patient's personal account on the portal«Госуслуги». After that, the patient can download or print the received document.
In this case, the document itself is requested from the MedLock and stored only in it.
Documents that are transferred to the patient's personal account on the portal«Госуслуги»:
- Examination report (including dentist): SAMD 119.
- Examination protocol: SAMD 110.
- Admission to possession of weapons: SAMD 63, Order No. 1104n, form 002O/u.
- Medical examination report: Order No. 29n, SAMD 103.
- Prescription for a medicinal product: Order No. 1094n, Form No. 1071/u, SAMD 148.
- Epicrisis in hospital discharge: Order No. 530n, SAMD 235.
- Referral for hospitalization, rehabilitation treatment, examination, consultation: Order No. 255, Form No. 057/u-04, SAMD 255.
