Problems with telephony

If you encounter poor communication quality or the clinic's phone has stopped receiving incoming calls, check the items listed below.

1. Initial independent analysis:

  • Check your internet connection. If there are problems with the connection or speed, restart the router.
  • Check your phone's network connection. If the status is displayed on the phone«не в сети», try turning it off and on. If this does not help, contact your system administrator.
  1. Contact the technical support of the VTS and provide the data:
  • the number of the contract or personal account;
  • date and time of the failure;
  • what actions have already been taken to solve the problem.
