Issuing a loyalty card for a child or an incapacitated citizen
Give patients bonuses so that they prefer your clinic and use your services more often. The bonus program is a good addition to permanent and promotional discounts to increase sales and average receipts. In addition, Medlock offers flexible settings.: you can choose the number of levels in the program, the amount of bonuses and the limits on deduction.
How the loyalty program affects business performance:
- Increases the return of patients to the clinic. If customers have your bonuses, they have an additional reason to come back to you.
- Increases the average check and LTV (the patient's profit for all time). Bonuses motivate patients to use services more often and spend more.
- Reduces the cost of attraction and increases ROI (return on investment for attraction). It is more profitable to retain already attracted patients than to spend money on advertising for one-time ones.
- Increases engagement and loyalty to your brand. Patients are always happy to receive bonuses, so your clinic will create even more pleasant impressions with each visit.
- Reduces downtime for doctors, offices, and equipment. Because the loyalty program increases the flow of customers and entries.
Connecting and configuring the module 
To connect the module«Программа лояльности», go to the section «Модули».

Go to the subsection«Стандартные».

In the module card«Программа лояльности», click «Настройки». You can set the rules for awarding bonuses.:
- Bonus accrual levels: the amount of accrued bonuses will increase depending on the amount of the patient's expenses. You can leave the accrual without levels;
- The amount of the bonus for recording through the medical device + the burn period: bonuses are awarded for each record made by the patient through the personal account of the patient of the medical device;
- The amount of the welcome bonus + the burn period: bonuses are awarded once when the card is issued to the patient;
- Percentage of the amount of the bonus payment receipt;
- List of exceptions for bonus payments: if the clinic has services that cannot be paid for with bonuses, such as tests.
Important! If you change the loyalty program settings and enable levels, then patients who already have a card will have levels corresponding to their expenses. Changes to other settings only affect future charges and debits.

Loyalty Card issue 
- To issue a loyalty card, make sure that the patient has a medical card app, and click «Выпустить карту»in the patient's account.

You can also issue a bonus card through the patient's profile.

2. To issue the card, be sure to fill in:
- Phone number;
- Date of birth;
- Last name, first name.

Important! The data in this window is synchronized with the patient's profile: new data is added to the profile, and changes are automatically updated in the profile.
- The patient's medical card will display a code to confirm the issue of a loyalty card. Ask the patient to name his code.
The confirmation code is not received in the notification or SMS, it is available only when opening the card.

2. If the patient accidentally closes the screen with the code, it can be found on the main page in the medical center.

3. Enter the activation code in the MedLock.


Important! If the card has not been confirmed within 10 minutes or after 10 attempts, it will be deleted. The card can be issued again after 10 minutes if it is not activated.
The issued card is stored in the section «Финансы»in the patient's medical card.

The patient needs to go to the section and click on the patient's balance.

The current balance of the loyalty card is shown at the bottom.

If you click on it, more detailed information appears (the bonus expiration date and the rules for awarding bonuses at the clinic).

The administrator can see information about the patient's bonuses in his profile in the MedLock. Clicking on «Бонусы»it shows more detailed information.

Issuing a loyalty card for a child or an incapacitated patient 
A loyalty card for a child or an incapacitated citizen is issued in the same way - from the reception or from the patient's profile.
It is issued to the number of the guardian, who will also receive a push notification with a code to confirm the issue of the card.
In the guardian's account, the loyalty card is displayed in the section «Финансы». Bonuses are awarded and spent at the receptions of a child or an incapacitated citizen separately and independently of the guardian's bonus card.

Issuing a loyalty card from the profile of a minor/incapacitated patient 
If the loyalty card is issued from the profile of a child or an incapacitated citizen, the field «Выберите опекуна»will display the guardian who was specified in the last appointment or laboratory order.

Click on the arrow next to the guardian's full name and select another guardian from the drop-down list (if several guardians are associated with the patient).

Issuance of a loyalty card from the admission of a minor/incapacitated patient 
If the loyalty card is issued from the appointment of the patient being cared for in the schedule, «Выберите опекуна»the guardian from this appointment will be displayed in the field.

If there are several receptions and each one has different guardians, then the guardian from the reception from which the card is issued will always be displayed.

Important! A loyalty card can only be issued to a mobile number in the Russian Federation.

When the caregiver is disconnected from the patient, the codes for payment for services will continue to arrive in the medical card of the person to whom the loyalty card was issued.
Deduction of bonuses 
To debit bonuses as a payment:
1. Click «Оплатить»in patient records.

2. Move the slider «Списать бонусы»to the right to the active position. Select the remaining parameters and click «Оплатить».

3. The patient will receive a push notification with a confirmation code. Enter the confirmation code in the special field so that the bonuses are debited.
For children and disabled citizens: push notifications will be sent to the guardian's medical center.

Filters are available: patient, operation, reason, date of operation.

- Loyalty cards by administrators
Filters are available: date, administrator.
