I can't create a protocol for a doctor's appointment

If the doctor cannot add a protocol, check if the following conditions are met in the Medlock:

1. The doctor is logged in to MedLock under his own name

To check, click on the username in the upper-right corner. The full name of the doctor for whose appointment you need to create a protocol should be indicated here.

2. The patient's record has the status«Начат визит»

3. The patient has an appointment with the doctor who is trying to create the protocol.

Check the full name in the field «Данные о враче»on the appointment card.

4. A protocol has already been created for this technique.

If a protocol has already been created for the patient as part of the appointment, the button «+ Протокол»will disappear from the appointment. To create another protocol, go to the patient's profile, then to the section«Медкарта», and then click «+ Новый протокол».

If all four conditions are met, but you still cannot create a protocol, contact Customer Support or your personal manager.
