Adding an insurance policy 
To add an insurance policy to a patient's profile:
- Go to the patient's profile through the section«Пациенты».
- Select a tab «Страховые полисы»and click «+Добавить полис».

You can also add a policy when creating an application in the schedule by clicking «Добавить полис».

3. When adding a policy, select the desired company from the drop-down list.
Enter the series/number of the policy, and you can also specify the expiration date (if available).

When making an appointment, please indicate which insurance company the patient came from.
Here you can also note that the patient already has a letter of guarantee by clicking on the appropriate item.
After selecting the services, you can adjust which services the patient pays for himself and which are paid by the insurance company.

If it is not noted that a letter of guarantee has been received, then the preview entry will contain information about the absence of a letter of guarantee. And vice versa.

When the application is completed, the services for compulsory medical insurance/VMI policies will be automatically generated in the registers for insurance companies.
You can track how many services were provided for each insurance company over a certain period in «Отчеты»the → section«ОМС/ДМС».

The report can be exported to Excel.
