Chapter«Задачи»

When a patient is added to the schedule with a status«Не подтверждён», «Задачи»information about the appointment appears in the section. A red mark indicates that there are unconfirmed recordings.

In the section «Задачи»you will find a waiting list and information about all applications.

There is a switch between applications and the waiting list at the top right.

Раздел задачи

There are 2 ways to add a patient to the waiting list:

  • From the schedule when creating the application. This is important when a patient makes an appointment for a long-term date and asks to be rescheduled if the doctor has time.
  • Through the button «Добавить»in the section «Задачи». For example, if the doctor has no available slots and you want to record a patient, if the doctor has an empty window.

Administrators call patients on unconfirmed requests on the eve of the appointment and ask if they will come.

You can change the recording status in the section «Задачи». If the patient is scheduled for a future date, only 3 statuses will be available.: «Не подтверждён», «Подтверждён»or «Отменён».

You can find any entry by filters at the top of the page and see its status.
