Reset authorization

If the system freezes, takes a long time to process the request, does not respond to commands, or does not show anything, you need to refresh the page and clear the cache. To do this, hold down the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + F5 (for Mac: Cmd + fn + F5).

If this does not help, reset the authorization to step 1.

You may need to reset your authorization if:

  • The clinic has several access cards (for example, if the clinic has several branches and each has a separate access).
  • Logging in to the program failed due to an outdated browser, overflowing memory on the computer, blocking from the provider, etc.

You can reset the authorization yourself according to the instructions below.

Method number 1. Through the panel«МедЛок Админ»

In order to reset the authorization, you need to have a plastic card or a paper form with access rights.

To reset the authorization:
1. Select «Профиль».

  1. Click«Выход».
  2. Enter the details of the paper form from the field«Авторизация компьютера». You will need a login with the prefix «sys_»clinic name and an 8-character password.

You will be taken to the admin panel. Click «Сброс авторизации ПК»in the lower left corner and confirm the action.

You will return to the 1st authorization step.

If the certificate is installed, the system will prompt you to complete the first 2 authorization steps.

To do this, confirm the action by clicking «ок»3 times to connect to three data centers.

After that, you will be taken to the 3rd authorization step.

If the security certificate is not installed, then you need to re-authorize. See the article Authorization in Medlock for how to do this.

Method number 2. Via the browser console

This method is suitable if you do not have a card / form with access, or the download is slow due to unstable Internet, overflowing memory, blocking the provider, and so on.

This method is suitable for browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Opera
  • Yandex

Open the console: press F12 (for Mac: fn + F12) or hold down Ctrl+ at the same time Shift + I (W on the Russian layout) (for Mac: Cmd + Shift + I).

  1. On the top panel of the console, click >>.
  2. Choose«Application».
  3. In the menu on the left, select «Storage».
  4. Click on «Clear site data».
  5. Close the console (the x on the top panel on the right).
  6. Press F5 (for Mac: fn + F5) to refresh the page.

If the access card is lost, contact your personal manager or the Medlock support service to obtain new access rights.
