In May 2024, a new medical document appeared in the medical unit — a medical report based on the results of a preliminary (periodic) medical examination (SAMD 103) in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Health No. 29n dated January 28, 2021.
How to create a medical examination report 
1. Make an appointment with a professional therapist.
If necessary, create requests for each scheduled medical check-up visit. The last chronological visit should be to the occupational therapist. In this case, the doctors whom the patient visits as part of the medical examination create a regular examination protocol.
2. To form a medical examination protocol, you must specify the following information in the patient's profile:
- Last name, first name.
- Paul.
- Date of birth.
- SNILS.
- The subject of the Russian Federation in which the patient lives or is registered.
- The name of the employer (name of the organization/full name of the individual entrepreneur of the employer) is required.
- The name of the position or type of work is required.
- Structural division.
In the future, information from the required fields will be automatically displayed in «Заключении по медосмотру».
3. The «Заключении по медосмотру»required fields must be filled in:
- payment method;
- health group;
- specialty of the signing doctor;
- medical contraindications to work have been identified/not identified.
If contraindications have been identified, then it is necessary to select at least one harmful (and) or dangerous production factor.
If the patient has signed a medical services agreement, it will appear in the drop-down list.
4. When the conclusion is ready, the doctor and the head of the clinic sign the document. After that, it «Заключение по медосмотру»is sent to the RAMD, and it can also be printed out for the patient.
