Possible reasons 
- Low Internet connection speed.
You can check the speed using the SPEEDTEST tool by clicking on the link https://www.speedtest.net/ru and by clicking «Начать». If the speed is below 20 MB/sec and the latency is above 300, contact your provider to resolve the problem. - If your organization uses a closed network with restrictions on access to certain sites, add the Medlock domain names to the list of allowed ones.
