- If you do not have a Public Services account, register as a private individual (you do not need to register an organization).
- Check if your organization is listed in the register of medical organizations by INN or the name of a legal entity.
If the clinic is listed in the registry, go to step 4. - If the clinic is not listed in the registry, fill out the application form and send it to the USISZ support service. egisz@stp-egisz.ru . It is mandatory to send the application in two formats: .pdf (scanned with signature and seal) and .doc.
- When your organization is added to the registry, you will need to gain access to the personal account of the FRMO and the FRMR by contacting the USISZ support service.
