Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I set up a CryptoPro and add a certificate to it?

We described in detail in our article the Instructions for installing CryptoPro.

  • What data should private clinics legally transfer to the EGISZ, and what does MEDLOCK support?

Private clinics are required to provide information about patients to the EGISZ, including full name, date of birth, gender, residential address, and contacts. Data on the medical services provided, the results of examinations and analyses, information about medical workers, and information about the medical organization and its structure are also transmitted. Data transmission is carried out within the framework of FRMO, FRMR, EMC and REMD. Read more on the official EGISZ portal.

Medlock fully supports the transfer of all necessary documents and does not require additional integrations.

  • The letter from the Ministry of Health states that it is necessary to transmit information about the protocols of outpatient patient records to the EGISZ. How can the clinic do this?

Medlock can ensure the transfer of electronic medical records of patients. To start transferring data to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, follow the steps in the article Steps for connecting to RAMD via Medlock.

  • The doctor did not synchronize with the EGISZ, because the program does not see his certificate, and he does not have a certificate, but an accreditation of a specialist.

You need to find this doctor at the FRMR. In his card, go to the section «Образование»and find the block here«Свидетельства об аккредитации». Click on the button «Заполнить сведения из регистра обучающихся».
