How to use a barcode scanner 
- Connect the scanner to the computer's USB port;
- Create an order to the laboratory;
- At «Маркировка»the scan barcode stage;
- The focus will automatically switch to the next biomaterial.
Biomaterials and fence services
At the research selection stage, some analyses have the option of selecting a biomaterial (determined by the laboratory). For example, venous or capillary blood.
If the fence cost is filled in in the settings for the selected biomaterial, the fence service with the specified cost will be automatically created in the order.
The price list in the laboratory has changed, and the price list in Medlock is old. When will the price list from the laboratory be updated in Medlock?
If the contract has not been suspended (orders were sent to the laboratory within 7 days), the price list is automatically updated daily according to the following schedule (Moscow time)
CitiLab - 05:00
Invitro - 07:00 and 23:00
KDL - 13:00
AlfaLab (DiaLab, LabQuest, SYNEX) - 17:00
Hemotest - 3:30
I can't create an order because the price list needs to be updated.
Users are suspended daily at 02:00 Moscow time.
The user is suspended if they have not sent any orders to the laboratory in the last 7 days.
To remove the suspension, the user needs to start creating an order and select any analysis.
Medlock will prompt you to update the list of tests.
You need to agree and wait up to 5 minutes for the list of tests with their cost to become relevant. After updating the directory, the user's suspension is automatically lifted.
If you re-select any research before the price list is successfully updated, a window will appear with information about updating the price list.
After a successful update, you will be able to select a study in the order, and there will no longer be an inscription under the study«Потребуется обновление прайс-листа».
