Module«Запись на ПроДокторов» 
The module will help you set up an appointment on the portal ProDoctorovand attract new patients.
To set up the recording onProDoctorov, go to «Настройки»- «Модули»- «Продвинутые»- «Запись на Продокторов». The branches and doctors that have been added to the portal are displayed hereProDoctorov.

How to link a new branch toProDoctorov 
If you have a new branch, you can create a connection by clicking «Настроить», and then go to «Настройку связи филиалов».

How to link a doctor's schedule toProDoctorov 
Switch the slider to those specialists who need to download the scheduleProDoctorov. The slider should turn green.

If you do not have the function of synchronizing the doctor's schedule from ProDoctorovthe Medical center enabled, contact your personal manager.

Frequently Asked Questions 
- Why is the schedule not uploaded to the portalProDoctorov?
Follow these steps:
- Check the balance on ProDoctorovand the active appointment slider at the doctor in the clinic's personal account on ProDoctorov.

- In the Settings of the module «Запись на ПроДокторов»in the MedLock, check the slider «Синхронизация»with the doctor.

- Check if the doctor has a work schedule at the medical center. If the clinic has several branches, check if there is a doctor in the right branch and the schedule of work in this particular branch. Read more about this in the article Adding and changing doctors' work schedules.
- Check the duration of the doctor's appointment in the settings of the medical device. If its duration is longer than the free time in the doctor's schedule, then the window ProDoctorovwill not appear, for example, if the doctor has an hour free in the MedLock, and the duration of his appointment is 1.5 hours.

- If the windows are not displayed for today or tomorrow (after 18:00), check if the status «Приходящий врач»is in the settings of this integration in the Medical Complex.
